There are 3 effects of this skill:
- It boosts Silver Hunter's Magical ATK by 5%
- It changes the hotkey of Tornado Shot to Tornado Shot Instant.
- Tornado Shot and Tornado Shot Instant shares the same cooldown.
- Whenever Liberty Attack's 2nd attack hit a target, Tornado Shot cooldown is recovered by 25 seconds, in other word, reset.
