Ice Barrier is a basic Elestra skill available at Level 45. When used, it surrounds the user in a barrier made of ice with hit points equivalent to 195% of the user's attack. The barrier absorbs any incoming damage by the user, depleting the barrier's hit points in the process.

The barrier lasts for 17 seconds or until the barrier's hit points become 0, after which it explodes, freezing enemies up to 17 meters away for 2 seconds.
